Great location, really easy access from the metro. Room was clean and well kept, receptionist was very helpful. The only downside was that the rooms do not have air conditioning - it was very hot during our stay, so the temperature got unpleasantly warm.

We enjoyed our stay at The Prime London Hotel. The ladies at reception were very friendly and very helpful. The complimentary fruit and biscuits in the room were a nice touch. Our room was very quiet and the hotel is located very close to public transport. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

My husband and I stayed for two nights, and found the hotel very comfortable with service very welcoming and kind. Rooms are tight but still nice and very clean! The coffee and water available in the lobby were also a nice touch. Great location, easy walk to the metro or nice to just meander around the Kensington area.

A cozy and clean hotel. A bit cramped in the rooms, but still acceptable. All the people we dealt with were very pleasant and welcoming. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. Would recommend, especially for such a great price.

This hotel is in SUCH a great location. It’s 4 min from the tube station. We arrived late for check in and they gave detailed instructions via WhatsApp which was super convenient. The area is also quite safe at night, and there’s free tea/coffee/water at reception. The rooms and bathrooms were quite small, but were very clean. When we came the AC wasn’t working, but they had proactively put a fan in our room and offered another one when it was 35+ degrees. The elevator also wasn’t working, so if you have any mobility issues I would check beforehand. Thankfully we were on the first floor so it was just one set of stairs up. The hotel also offered us a discount because of the inconvenience. Overall I would definitely stay here again. The price for the location can’t be beat.

Stayed here for two nights so as to attend a concert at the Royal Albert Hall. Very handy for the Earl's Court tube station and only a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Albert Hall. We had a room on the ground floor which had a comfortable bed and good bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There was tea and coffee making supplies in the room, plus a fridge and microwave. There was extra supplies of coffee etc. outside the reception area which you could help yourself to. There was also some fruits to which you could help yourself to. There was a good choice of bars and restaurants nearby. I would definitely consider staying here again.
